Change the order of Training Log, License Competency and PPE Register certificates in HR module Matrix

Picture this, you've got dozens of training logs, license competencies an PPE Register items added into the HR module, and now you want to reorder them. Gah, how do I do this! I don't want to have to delete them out and start again :(

Fear not, follow the simple steps below and you will have them reordered in no time.

1. Log into Kynection as an Admin user
2. Open the HR module, and click into the Settings from the bottom left menu
   
   
3. Click into Training Settings
   
   
   
4. Click to expand the sub menu you wish to configure
   
   
   
5. Change the multi-select from Config to Certificates
   
   
   
6. Click Export, to export a spreadsheet of all the records for the selected category
   
   
   
7. Open the Spreadsheet. The rank column determines the ordering the requirements display in the Training Settings, and on the HR Matrix. Update this as required.
   
   
   
8. Once updated, save the spreadsheet (in .csv format)
   
   
9. Back in Kynection KIM, use the Import button to update the ranking on the records
   
   
10. The certificates will now display with the updated rank ordering
